CARL is currently actively involved in over 30 transactions with a combined volume of more than EUR 240 million. The team has gathered meaningful experience in leading companies (J.P. Morgan, McKinsey, Rocket Internet, Google etc.) and is supported by prominent advisory boards and investors. We address a fundamental problem of the European economy and pursue the goal of digitizing and professionalizing business succession in medium-sized companies. Initiative and commitment are rewarded with extensive responsibility in this phase of company development. ## Tasks

*   Werde unser Experte für User Tracking und User Analytics
*   Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Konzeption und Spezifikation von Produktmerkmalen
*   Du definierst und entwirfst produktbezogene Test Cases
*   Du analysierst Konkurrenzprodukte und findest neue Wege, um unser Produkt zu verbessern
*   Du unterstützt beim Setup und der Durchführung von Benutzertests
*   Du bist für den Wissenstransfer für abgeschlossene Projekte zuständig sowie für die Erstellung/Aktualisierung der Dokumentation
*   Du arbeitest in agilen Teams, iterierst und lieferst neue Produktziele und arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Produktteam und dem CEO zusammen

## Requirements

*   Laufendes oder kürzlich abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem oder wirtschaftlichen Hintergrund
*   Begeisterung für neue Technologien & Software sowie ein Auge für Details
*   Erfahrung mit dem Aufsetzen von User Tracking Systemen
*   Freude an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams (Produkt, Finanzen, Design, Marketing)
*   Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
*   Fähigkeit zum Self-Management und die Fähigkeit, sowohl unabhängig als auch im Team zu arbeiten
*   Erfahrung mit Programmierung ist ein Plus
*   Erfahrung mit agilen Frameworks ist ein Plus
*   Praktische Erfahrung im Produktmanagement ist ein Plus
*   Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
