As the Sales Lead at carepage and Care & Co Groups' CX software business, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and building a scalable, repeatable sales engine. This is a hands-on growth role where you will be responsible for owning the mid-sized and enterprise sales pipeline across Australia, leading outbound efforts, and collaborating closely with our customer success and marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and long-term client value.
You’ll not only close deals but also shape how we approach sales — from prospecting and discovery to pitch refinement and pipeline optimisation. As the company scales, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a team leadership position, owning more of the sales strategy and coaching future team members.
Your success will directly influence carepage’s mission to improve the quality of care through real-time feedback, data, and emotional insight technology.
Once we have the sales process up and running, you'll have an opportunity to grow and continue into a Head of Sales role and start building your own sales team to scale our sales.

What we offer:
The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $150,000, depending on the candidate’s seniority, skills, and the results they achieve in the role.
