You will step into our Berlin office on-site for 20 hours per week, joining an educational institution working to strengthen the German healthcare system through scalable programs and modern technology. During your initial months, you will integrate into our daily operations, support our team's ongoing projects in education administration, and familiarize yourself with our workflows and tools.
Support various administrative and operational tasks across our educational programs.
Collaborate with different team members to ensure smooth daily processes.
Assist in preparing materials and organizing internal or external activities.
Handle communication tasks and coordinate information within the team.
Enrollment as a student during the duration of your employment.
Interest in the education administration sector and our mission.
Reliable working style with a strong sense of initiative.
Good communication skills in English and German (min B2. certified).
