Work closely with our CEO to continue optimizing the sales process for our market.
Develop, maintain and manage your customer pipeline through active outreach and relationship management.
Work with users to understand customers’ challenges.
Conduct in-depth product demos that show how we solve the biggest pain points of our customers.
Maintain great relationships with customers by providing continued support, assistance, and guidance.
Be the voice of the customer and collaborate with other internal teams to identify how byways' software products can improve their logistics operations to path their way into digitalization, optimization, and full automation.
Manage and track all activity in our CRM.
Provide forecasts and reporting on customer acquisition and developments in the funnel.
Fluent in the English language.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the sale of software in B2B. Preferably in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Traits of a self-starter and result-oriented personality.
Hunger for growing and learning.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Take the initiative and work autonomously with minimum guidance.
