## Tasks

*   Work closely with Founders to continue optimizing the sales process for our market.
*   Become a strategic partner to our sales team, working together to test sales messaging, refine our value proposition, and execute our go-to-market strategy.
*   Drive quality outbound engagement with potential clients every single day (calls, emails, video, social, LinkedIn, etc.).
*   Grow far beyond the “standard BD” role by being involved in projects to help scale the sales/marketing team.
*   Leverage byways' powerful network to establish relationships with new customers.
*   Master our CRM system to analyze your own performance through activity and metrics.

## Requirements

*   Hunger for growing and learning. Ideal for students.
*   Fluent in the German and English languages.
*   Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*   Traits of a self-starter and result-oriented personality.
*   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*   Take the initiative and work autonomously with minimum guidance.
