For our Hamburg office, we are therefore looking for an **experienced Controller (m/f/d)** full-time, starting immediately.

## Your Mission

* You take responsibility for the further development of a comprehensive model for operational liquidity planning and management (short-, medium- and long-term).
* You are in charge of managing and monitoring cash management, including daily disposition, payment flows and forecast deviation analyses.
* You contribute to the selection, implementation and further development of an AI-based tool for liquidity and cashflow planning.
* You develop scenario analyses for exchange rate developments (USD/EUR) and derive recommendations for action for Treasury.
* You identify optimization potentials and define measures to reduce capital commitment and improve working capital management.
* You work closely with the departments and support the operational day-to-day business.

## Your Profile

* Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Treasury
* At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Treasury Controlling
* In-depth knowledge of liquidity planning, cash management, and treasury processes
* Experience in analyzing and managing foreign exchange risks
* Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, complemented by experience with ERP systems
* Strong hands-on mentality, structured way of working, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
* Business fluent in German and very good command of English
