To strengthen our BungalowSpecials team, we are looking for an enthusiastic:

**Customer Service Employee (11.5-22.5 hours per week)**

## Tasks

Mail, call, app and chat with our customers and partners in German! As a Customer Service Employee you are part of the BungalowSpecials team, together with the other Customer Service employees you help our guests with questions about their reservations and make or adjust bookings. You are super important to the customer satisfaction of our guests!

## Requirements

*   That you enjoy going to work with a lot of Spaß!
*   That you can tell us everything about Oktoberfest ;p
*   You are available at least 11.5 hours a week
*   You are at least 17 years old
*   You are customer and result-oriented and willing to go the extra mile for the customer
*   You speak and write fluently German and Dutch

## Benefits

*   A starting salary from € 2000 gross at full time, regardless of your age
*   24 paid days off per year at full time
*   Choose flexible or fixed hours (minimum 11.5 hours per week)
