Intern / Working Student Design in Venture Studio

We are Sebastian Seifert, Andreas Veller, and Achim Bönsch – all graduates of the WHU Bachelor Class of 2011. After 13 successful years building the FinTech company viafintech – which we eventually sold for a nine-figure amount (the largest FinTech exit in Germany) – we are now taking on new challenges:

We are founding new ventures and investing in startups and VCs. For this, we are looking for a motivated individual who is excited to help bring new ventures to life visually alongside us.

• Develop and maintain visual brand identities (CI / CD)
• Design pitch decks, case studies, and marketing presentations
• Support the creation and design of websites (e.g. landing pages, UI elements)
• Create visuals for social media, investor relations, and internal communication
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and external developers to implement designs
• Support the design of digital prototypes for new FinTech products and features

• Motivation & drive: You’re ready to go the extra mile and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment
• Studies in communication design, media design, interface design, or a related field is a plus
• Confident in using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong sense for modern aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ideally, first experience with web design (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
