## Your role

As a **Founder's Associate Intern**, you will play a crucial role in driving key projects and supporting the growth of our company. Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of operational, financial, and strategic tasks that contribute to enhancing business efficiency and success.  
* Work closely with the founders to support daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
* Take ownership of strategic projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely progress and delivery.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to assist in decision-making processes by preparing data-driven insights, financial analyses, and action plans.
* Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform and shape our B2B strategy, engaging directly with potential clients and partners.
* Monitor and optimize financial performance by developing budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
* Continuously improve internal processes, proposing and implementing financial and operational enhancements to drive efficiency.

* **Collaborative and Adaptable:** You thrive in cross-functional teams, love collaborating with diverse departments like product, marketing, and leadership, and can easily pivot to meet evolving business needs.
## Requirements:

* First experience as a generalist in a fast paced environment such as consulting or at a startup
* Sound financial skills, including the ability to analyze financial statements, manage budgets, and update financial models
* You are approaching the completion of your degree or have recently graduated from university. Alternatively, you possess outstanding experience that demonstrates your strong commitment to entrepreneurship.
* High analytical and conceptual thinking skills
* Interest or experience in sustainability, ESG consulting, or related fields.
* Strong affinity for technology and AI, with a desire to learn about AI solutions and their role in ESG.
* Fluency in English and another major European language (preferably German or French).
* Excellent excel skills
