## WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an AI Customer prototyping and Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d) to obsess about customer improvements, opportunities, and challenges. You will modify our state of the art computer vision AI pipeline to build exciting prototypes and proof of concepts for our customers as well as deliver helpful, insightful support to our customers by assisting with installs, troubleshooting issues, and fixing bugs. You will work side-by-side with engineering and product management to scope technical sales opportunities and target key new features for development. You must have a passion for great customer experience balanced with strong technical skills.  

## YOUR ROLE + CHALLENGES:

* You are responsible for developing prototypes based on customer specific requirements.
* You assist in the management of POCs and managed services projects
* You manage and handle customer requests via our ticketing system and email.
* You are responsible for proactive and professional troubleshooting of issues.
* You develop a comprehensive understanding of brighter AI's platforms and solutions.
* You are responsible for demonstrating solutions to potential customers, identifying customer issues, and identifying opportunities for product improvement.
* You create FAQs, help build our online community, and write support documentation.
* You are responsible for reproducing customer issues
* You are responsible for escalating issues to the technical team for resolution.
* You support us in testing our solutions as part of quality assurance (QA).

## IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU BRING:

* You have 2+ years of professional experience as a software developer and 1+ years of experience in customer support or other customer-facing technical roles.
* You have excellent knowledge of the Python programming language.
* Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems is a plus.
* You have a solid understanding of the Docker ecosystem.
* You have a good understanding of hardware and the Linux operating system.
* Your work ethic is characterized by an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
* You have a business fluent command of English. German is an advantage.
