The company, with a workforce of 51-200 dedicated employees, has established a strong foothold in the market. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the retail apparel and fashion industry.

• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling company products and services to customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in product selection, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, styles, and fashion industry developments to effectively advise customers and provide them with relevant information.

• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in retail sales, preferably in the apparel and fashion industry, bags and shoes
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and ability to provide exceptional service to clients
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative
