Junior Sales Operations Specialist

This is a remote role based in Shenzhen, China

• Handle daily Sales Operations and Administrative Operations tasks to support the team
• Support marketing activities in China, including events and campaigns
• Assist with Bragi's cross-continent internal communications, ensuring smooth collaboration across regions
• Lead local knowledge management efforts for the Bragi’s China team
• Coordinate operations, communications, team building, and events
• Stay curious, continuously learn, and explore new ways to improve processes

• Native Mandarin speaker with very strong English communication skills (e.g., English major, CET-8, or previous study/work experience in an English-speaking environment)
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Basic photo editing skills; graphic design background is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
• Open to continuous learning and professional growth
