Founded in 2020, Bosque Foods is the first European fungi-based meat alternative company focusing entirely on the whole-cut meat segment. After graduating from the world’s leading biotech accelerator program, IndieBio in New York City, we now operate out of our lab in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg.

## Tasks

**Job Description:**

As **Founder Associate**, you will work directly with the founder and Chief of Staff during a 4-6 month internship, assisting the business operations and shaping Bosque Foods’ overall direction as a company. Your focus will span from market research, customer discovery, marketing, go-to-market strategy, and administration. You should have an entrepreneurial drive and mindset, high ambition and the ability to work in a high-pace/high-stakes environment.

**Responsibilities:**

*   Work closely with our founder and Chief of Staff to drive business goals, with a primary focus on the commercialization and launch of our first products.
*   Shape the commercial strategy, taking ownership of customer relationships end-to-end. Assess key areas across the entire customer journey for both consumers and potential partners, prioritizing and setting hypotheses. Identify and approach potential strategic customers aligned with our mission.
*   Own and optimize marketing channels, optimise collaterals to enhance our presence with potential customers.
*   Engage in and own internal topics, such as internal operations, event management and project management tools, setting up the organization for success.

## Requirements

*   Education: Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration or a related field from a top university (MBA is a plus)
*   Previous work experience in a fast-paced environment (i.e. high-growth start-up, strategy consulting, venture capital)
*   Hands-on mentality, detail oriented and taking full ownership of the projects and tasks attributed.
*   Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging startup environment
*   Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
*   Motivated by our mission and the potential of revolutionising the food system.
