## Tasks

Office Management Tasks:

*   Placing orders and keeping track of Office stocks
*   Liaising with partners & vendors (landlord, cleaning company, etc)
*   Working closely with the People Team
*   Preparing meetings & training
*   Managing office maintenance and liaising with vendors and technical staff ( ie ensure a smooth availability/run of kitchen/stationery supplies and technics)
*   Managing travel arrangements for our employees
*   Tracking and monitoring the Office budgets and expenditures
*   Perpetuating the Zizoo company culture by supporting organizations of company events and parties
*   Working closely with other business operations departments ( People, IT, Finance, Operation and Talent Development) to ensure alignment on the employee experience
*   Bringing your own ideas on how to improve efficiency and employee experience
*   Assisting our CEO with operational arrangements

Personal Assistant Task:

*   Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
*   Taking care of in- & outcoming mail
*   Personal correspondence
*   Business and personal travel arrangements (transportation and accommodation)
*   Managing ad hoc tasks for the management team
*   Business and personal event organization

## Requirements

*   **4 years experience in office management or a similar support role**
*   **You have knowledge of G Suite products & MS office**
*   **You have a passion for working in a fast-paced/fast growth Start-up Environment**
*   **You want to develop your project management skills and get experience with challenging projects**
*   **You have a strong service attitude and love helping people with a smile**
*   **You are a great multitasker, able to prioritize and balance conflicting demands**
*   **You are organized, precise, and extremely focused on details**
*   **You have a “roll up your sleeves” mentality, a can-do-attitude and try different things with minimal direction. Results-oriented with a strong bias for action, even in ambiguous situations**
*   **You are an excellent communicator and have a great command of the English & German language**
