As we continue to strengthen our market position, we are seeking an exceptional Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility and revenue growth.
Tasks
Strategic Leadership
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Make autonomous decisions on campaigns, budgets, and channel prioritization
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and present to senior leadership
Lifecycle Marketing & CRM
- Design full-funnel marketing plans including onboarding, engagement, win-back and loyalty
- Build automated, personalized multi-channel campaigns using our CRM platform
- Map and optimize journeys aligned with user behavior and booking patterns
- A/B Testing: Continuously test messaging, creative, and timing to improve CTR, conversions, and LTV
Performance Marketing & Growth
- Design multi-channel acquisition campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Optimize conversion funnels and implement advanced attribution modeling
- Drive growth hacking and viral marketing strategies
Brand & Content
- Develop compelling brand narratives for global audiences
- Create content strategies across all channels
- Build partnerships and influencer collaborations in boating/lifestyle sectors
Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs: engagement rates, retention, LTV, churn, acquisition metrics
- Establish measurement frameworks and provide actionable insights
- Conduct analysis to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 3-4+ years experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or email marketing
- Marketplace/Travel/Consumer-tech business background preferred
- Marketing automation proficiency with tools like Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Pipedrive, Zapier and similar
- Customer journey expertise with strong understanding of user behavior-driven marketing
- Analytical mindset and experience with data tools like Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience building, segmenting, and optimizing automated customer journeys
- Excellent copywriting and written communication skills
- Self-starter with strong project management abilities and attention to detail
- Startup mentality, thrives with ambiguity and high ownership
