DevOps Engineer ( Junior | Mid | Senior) - Hybrid Remote - Lisbon

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform.

Orchestration & Deployment: Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and deploy applications using Helm charts.

Continuous Delivery: Own and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines, implementing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.

Cloud Architecture: Manage and maintain hybrid environments across cloud providers (public and private).

Security & Networking: Apply Security-by-Design principles to ensure robust, secure, and resilient networking layers.

Experienced: 1–5 years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.

Technically Strong: Hands-on experience with:

• Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• ArgoCD & GitLab CI/CD
• Kubernetes & Helm
• SQL Databases

Cloud-Agnostic: Comfortable working in both public and private cloud environments.

Security-Oriented: Solid understanding of networking protocols and security best practices.

Hybrid Model: 3 days in our Lisbon office for collaboration and team connection, plus 2 days remote
