Front Office Production Support / Trading Systems Support - BRAZIL - HYBRID REMOTE

Tasks

  • Provide Front Office production support for Fixed Income trading systems.
  • Support Bonds (Credit & Government), Swaps, Futures, and Inflation-Linked instruments.
  • Own production incidents end-to-end, including triage, impact analysis, resolution, and follow-up.
  • Perform rapid issue diagnosis and business impact assessment during live trading.
  • Communicate clearly with traders and business users under time pressure.
  • Develop temporary workarounds to ensure trading continuity.
  • Perform root cause analysis across the full trade lifecycle (capture, booking, pricing, risk, settlement).
  • Participate in problem management to prevent recurring issues.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the knowledge base.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Perform pre-market system and market data feed validation.
  • Validate trade booking, pricing, P&L, and risk sensitivities.
  • Design and execute test cases based on real trading scenarios.
  • Log, track, and manage defects using Jira and test management tools.
  • Support UAT activities with trading and business users.
  • Analyze application logs and identify error patterns.
  • Assist with minor enhancements, bug fixes, and release support.
  • Support monitoring and alerting improvements

Requirements

  • Experience supporting Front Office trading systems, preferably Fixed Income.
  • Strong production support experience in a trading or financial services environment.
  • Solid understanding of Fixed Income products (Bonds, Swaps, Futures, Inflation-Linked instruments).
  • Knowledge of OTC and eTrading workflows.
  • Familiarity with market data feeds.
  • Understanding of pricing and risk analytics (P&L, sensitivities).
  • Experience in functional and regression testing of trading platforms.
  • Ability to design and execute test cases based on business scenarios.
  • Experience using Jira for incident and defect management.
  • Basic experience with test management tools (Xray or similar).
  • Ability to analyze application logs (Kibana or similar).
  • Basic scripting or querying skills (SQL, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • Exposure to programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS).
  • Familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, and messaging systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
