Requirements
- Strong proficiency in documenting solution designs and technical user stories
- Proven experience in high-level solution thinking and conceptualisation
- Experience creating feature descriptions and technical documentation
- Hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customisations and configurations
- Solid understanding of model-driven apps and coding principles
- Knowledge of system integrations supporting solution design
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with plugins and workflows
- Familiarity with Power Automate flows
- Understanding of API management
- Knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules
- Experience with data modelling
