Tasks
- Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements
- Drive the analysis and documentation of business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders in Agile ceremonies
- Ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives
- Support the delivery of digital and data-driven initiatives across multiple teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital or data-focused environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
