Tasks

  • Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements
  • Drive the analysis and documentation of business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders in Agile ceremonies
  • Ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives
  • Support the delivery of digital and data-driven initiatives across multiple teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital or data-focused environments
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
