Senior Business Analyst (fluent in French)

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand and document the processes, requirements, and challenges faced by French-speaking clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and project managers, to design and implement effective technology solutions that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding across all parties.
• Analyze market trends and industry best practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations in French and English to communicate findings, proposed solutions, and project progress to clients and internal teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management or other degree relevant to the role.

- Professional IT experience.

- Previous experience gathering requirements and business processes and sharing them with the client and development team.

- Critical sense to reflect on requirements and processes and challenge them.

- Ability to systematize, present and discuss requirements with the team and client.

- Follow-up of implementation and testing teams

- Experience in project management methodologies: AGILE / Scrum, Design Thinking;

- Excellent analytical and communication skills;

- Attention to detail and proactivity;

- Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility;

- Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence tools will be valued

- Fluency in French - mandatory.
