Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Support Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, data mappings, and use cases.

Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and define MVPs.

Track and manage tasks and requirements using JIRA or similar tools.

Continuously assess business processes for improvement opportunitie

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments.

Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and development teams.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and model business processes and workflows.

Fluent English – both written and verbal.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
