## Tasks

**Project: Full remote - Portugal**

**International project - English**

\- Development of new features and bug fixing. 

\- Lead a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

\- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using **PHP** and **Symfony**.

\- Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement technical requirements.

\- Enforce coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.

\- Work on defining scalable architectures and continuously improving software infrastructure.

\- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and performance challenges.

## Requirements

\- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar area.

\- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.

\- Solid experience with PHP and the Symfony framework.

\- Experience with databases: MySQL, SQL Server or MongoDB.

\- Experience with front-end technologies, particularly Vue.js, is a plus.

\- Proven experience in team management and technical leadership.

\- Experience in working on international projects.

\- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

\- Fluent in English
