Senior Account Manager (Chinese speaking)

About the role

As a Chinese speaking Account Manager in the Asian market atBooming Games, you will be a vital link between the company and our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers
• Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers
• Act as main point of contact within the organization for your customers
• Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customers’ business drivers and requirements
• Continual monitoring of client feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department
• Represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators
• Regularly report KPIs, status of accounts to the Team Leaders and Head of Account Management

Requirements

• Strong experience as Account Manager (B2B) within the iGaming industry is a must
• Must have experience as Account Manager in the Asian market
• Fluent in Chinese language
• Self-starter and motivated to succeed individual with highly developed social and communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Able to handle difficult clients and the pressure that comes along with it
• A problem solver proactive approach
• Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex and rapidly changing environment
• Commercially minded, with strong analytical / numerical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently, with very little supervision
• Proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of any additional foreign language, especially from the major Asian language group is a plus
