To further expand our activities on the European market, we are looking for a Market Intelligence & Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Bensheim as soon as possible.

## Tasks

In charge of the general administration of the branch office, including administrative assistance for service, sales and rent.

**Customer support**

* Checking stock availability
* Checking delivery times of products
* Quotations
* Processing applications and requests from dealers and customers

**Order handling**

* Order handling for dealers and customers
* Completion of service orders

**General Administration**

* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
* Manage the general administration of the branch office
* Filing
* Reporting

**Purchasing**

* Purchasing of spare parts and consumables

## Requirements

**Job Requirement**

* Education Required: Bachelor
* Experience Required: 2<5 years
* Travel Required: <10%
* Equivalent experience in lieu of degree accepted.
* Experience preferred in technical sector (automotive)
* Proficient in ERP systems and MS office
* Smooth handling of administration
* Ability to work in an accurate and efficient manner
* Language skills: German, English
* Breadth: regional (Hamburg, Germany)
