BOAS is the fast vintage fashion platform that saves jeans from being burnt and donates 90% of profits to save lives. We're looking for our newest lifesaver to join us in UX/UI design remotely.

Tasks

Depending on your experience and wishes, you will take on a selection of the following activities, for example:

Design website pages using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD

Implementing website pages in Shopify using HTML/CSS/Liquid

Testing of our website pages, esp. A-B-Testing, UX-/UI-Testing, User Acceptance Testing

Analyze the performance of the website using Google Analytics and Hotjar

Organisational talent and a proactive mindset

Structured and precise way of working

Benefits

What we offer you:

The opportunity to work at an innovative environmental startup as one of the first employees

We care deeply for our colleagues and their mental and physical health. We don't care what you look like, where you're from, what you studied or any of those other things grownups find important. If you can demonstrate that you're an independent worker, a fast learner, someone who gets shit done and you're a nice person to work with, you're hired.

Unlimited holidays as long as you get shit done

Flexible working hours, days and location (remote or hybrid)

If you're great, we won't let go of you

An unconventional founder who listens to ideas and opinions as long as they are crazy

A culture of relaxed intensity. We're getting the right work done asap, but we're running a marathon, not a sprint

The salary for this role is €200 based on full-time. If you work less than full-time you will get a prorated salary.

Would you like to save jeans and lives with us and become part of the BOAS team?

Then send us your application and if you have it, any prior work demonstrating your abilities. After our positive check, we will arrange a meeting to get to know each other. If everything fits, you can join us immediately.

We are looking forward to meeting you!
