We are looking on behalf of one of our clients based in Zurich for an IT support technician. This is a long-term contract.
Tasks
- Manage IT incidents by telephone or on site
- Resolve incidents by managing priorities
- Install and configure workstations, printers and mobile equipment (tablets and telephones)
- Manage IT hardware stocks
- Prepare and provide technical support for videoconferencing rooms
- Interacting and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
Requirements
- CFC diploma in IT or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of Windows systems
- Good command of Microsoft tools (Teams and Office 365)
- Knowledge of Apple products (Mac, iPhone and iPad)
- Experience with VIP support a plus
- Good soft skills and communication
- Autonomous and pro-active
- German and English C1 level, French a plus
