## Tasks

**Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:**

*   Supporting customers with different internal requests via phone and E-Mail
*   Being responsible for the positive reputation of a major brand
*   Acting in the interest of the customer and the company to resolve complaints mutually with a compromise

## Requirements

**Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:**

*   You are a native German Speaker with an English level of B1 or better
*   You have a degree in the commercial field (clerk, assistant, etc.) - which can be either an apprenticeship or a university degree
*   You feel comfortable advising customers on sensitive data
*   Having a valid work permit for Spain (required)
*   You are open-minded and looking for a job abroad
