Remote work: Customer Service in Portugal (Italian speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent in Portugal will be:

• Respond to user inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Ensure replies and solutions are delivered to customers within the agreed service levels.
• Offer inbound sales support and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service for after-sales needs.

• Ensure all necessary data is captured in the CRM according to client policies and product requirements.

  Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• A native level of Italian and at least a B2 level of English
• Passion for customer service
• Proficient in handling inbound calls and written communications within established guidelines
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks promptly
• Commitment to maintaining customer information security and confidentiality
• Problem-solving; skillful identification and escalation of issues for timely resolution
• Excitement about intercultural communication and commitment to a longer stay in Portugal
• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience

• Having a valid Portuguese work permit or a nationality that allows you to work in an EU country

  What is in it for you?

• You can work from anywhere in the mainland of Portugal

• Contract of 6 months

• Working hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), shifts can be Monday - Saturday 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Rotational shifts), 2 days off per week: Sunday + 1 day rotational
• Salary conditions: 1024€ gross/month + performance bonus 225€
• Help with acquiring the NIF and SSN

  If you're relocating from outside of Portugal:

• Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
• Reimbursement of the flight on 6th month of contract
