Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Service will be:

• Managing and responding to customer requests through phone and email
• Assisting customers with queries and requests
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English
• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
