Our client is seeking a talented and motivated **Junior Product Owner (Spanish Speaker)** to join their dynamic team based in **Barcelona**. ## Tasks

*   **Product Backlog Management:** Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with senior product managers, ensuring features are aligned with the company’s objectives
*   **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and UX designers, to define user stories and acceptance criteria
*   **Agile Process Involvement:** Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope
*   **Stakeholder Communication:** Serve as a liaison between internal teams and stakeholders, providing product updates and clarifications when needed
*   **Market Research:** Assist in conducting market research and gathering customer feedback to help identify areas for product improvement and new opportunities
*   **Product Launch Support:** Assist with product launch activities, documentation, and internal training materials

## Requirements

*   **Fluency in Spanish** (written and spoken) and a good command of **English**
*   A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
*   1-2 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role (internship experience also considered)
*   **Knowledge of Agile methodologies** and experience working in an Agile environment
*   Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
*   Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
*   Team player with a proactive attitude.
