We are currently seeking an **HR Generalist (F/M/X)** to join our European headquarters in Innsbruck on a part-time basis (50%).

## Tasks

**Would you like to join in on the adventure?**

In this role: People are our passion! You are responsible for administering the talent recruitment process and handling all people administrative tasks proactively.

*   You are responsible for the complete recruiting process in close cooperation with department leaders
*   You accompany team members through the entire employee life cycle 
*   You create employee contracts and various agreements
*   You support the payroll preparation and monitor the employee time-records
*   You are the first contact person and service point for employees in all people-relevant questions
*   You actively strive for further development of our HR processes, standards and instruments and also support change and organizational processes
*   You support special HR-projects (e.g. Employee surveys or organization of team events)
*   You are a neutral point of contact for any employee to discuss and problem solve sensitive topics

## Requirements

*   Passionate about working with people
*   You enjoy delving into administrative and organizational tasks
*   Hold a degree or have completed commercial education with a focus on HR or a related field
*   Excellent German and English (written and spoken)
*   First professional experience in HR
*   Independent, result and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative and service orientation
*   Basic understanding of Austrian Labor Law and payroll standards
