In this position, you will act as the key contact person for franchisees, restaurant managers, and corporate partners across the Benelux region and France. As a Market Manager, you take full responsibility for the successful delivery of kitchen projects – from the first concept and planning phase to final realization on-site.
Tasks
- End-to-end project management for new kitchen installations and remodeling projects
- Customer consulting and relationship management as the primary contact for key accounts
- Sales planning and performance monitoring – driving business growth through strategic actions and data-based decisions
- Promotion and business development – representing the company’s products and services in the market
- Forecasting and reporting to ensure profitability and transparency
- Complaint management and issue resolution – providing effective solutions and maintaining customer trust
Requirements
- Completed business or technical degree, or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of experience in sales of technical or project-based products, ideally within the catering, construction, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industries
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch or German language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
