## Tasks

**What’s this job all about:**

*   **Project Support:** Assist in the planning and execution of HR-IT projects, contributing to the success of digital transformation initiatives for clients
*   **Workshops and Training:** Prepare and facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
*   **Reporting and Documentation:** Create comprehensive presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate project progress, outcomes, and recommendations
*   **Solution Development:** Collaborate with our consultants to develop and implement innovative HR technology solutions tailored to client needs
*   **Professional Growth:** Benefit from a supportive environment with flat hierarchies, where you will have early opportunities for responsibility and can rely on the guidance and support of experienced colleagues

## Requirements

**What we're looking for:**

*   Currently enrolled as a full-time student in Business Management, IT, Occupational Psychology or related fields
*   Strong affinity for IT and a willingness to continuously learn, adapt to new technologies, and the ability to navigate through different client needs and organizational structures
*   Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conducting workshops, delivering presentations, and engaging with clients
*   Professional working proficiency (C1) in German and English 
*   Initial experience in HR or IT is a plus
