The Bikeleasing Group has developed into one of the leading corporate groups for employer benefits and mobility solutions. It comprises five specialised companies – including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance service providers, as well as retailers for refurbished bikes.
As a Digital Product Manager (gn), you take on a central role in a newly emerging team under the leadership of the Head of Digital Product Management. In this position, you are responsible for the project management of digital projects for our customers and core brands in Germany and Austria – making a significant contribution to a modern, efficient and customer‑centric product landscape. You want to actively shape digital projects and develop smart solutions for different customer groups together with various stakeholders? - You analyse the needs and challenges of our B2B and B2C customers and derive targeted measures to improve the user experience.
- Along the customer journey, you examine customer behaviour, conduct competition and market analyses, and identify technological best practices that you use to further develop our insurance and service products.
- You develop new product features, optimise existing processes and ensure an efficient, seamlessly usable product landscape.
- From conception to development all the way to go-live, you plan, manage and coordinate digital projects.
- An active role is taken in stakeholder management to bring together the different interests from Sales, Product, IT, Operations and Management in a targeted manner.

- Relevant KPIs are defined, the success of implemented measures is evaluated, and data-based optimisations are derived to continuously create added value for our customers.
Your profile
- A completed degree with a technical or business-related focus (e.g. Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or comparable fields of study) forms the foundation for this role.
- A master’s degree or a comparable advanced qualification is an advantage.
- A strong analytical and strategic mindset – ideally complemented by experience in a dynamic, growing business environment – helps you quickly understand complex interrelationships.
- A high level of initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with digital products and processes, critically assess them and present them in an understandable way, are among your key strengths.
- A structured and precise working style as well as a strong awareness of quality and detail are essential.
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
