At Bike Club, we offer subscriptions for children's bikes that grow with your kids. Families pay a monthly fee, and when their children outgrow their bikes, we exchange them for a larger size. We refurbish the used bikes and make them available to other families. It's sustainable and hassle-free.

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for mentoring others and improving workshop operations.

• Demonstrate expert-level mechanical skills and lead by example in quality and efficiency
• Mentor and support mechanics in skill development and workshop standards
• Support team lead with key operational functions including training and quality
• Contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives when required
• Identify and highlight opportunities for improvement across workshop operations
• Reinforce team objectives and contribute towards a positive working environment

• Expert-level knowledge of bicycle mechanics, maintenance, and repair
• Proven experience working in a professional bicycle workshop environment
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and develop other mechanics
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
