About Stride
Stride, a Bifrost Studios portfolio company, is an AI-native content agency that helps executive teams at private equity and venture-backed companies build thought leadership. It runs the LinkedIn voices of a cohort of executives and the content pipelines of a growing client base, and has just signed its first private equity-backed client.
About the role
Stride is hiring a Content Lead to raise the bar on everything it publishes, across every client and channel. The positioning method, SEO team, AI production workflows and client relationships are already in place. You run them and set the standard, so Stride can take on more clients without every draft crossing the Director's desk.
You'll report directly to the Director of Stride and direct the SEO team and designer. The seat grows into Head of Content as the client base grows.
Tasks
This is a writing seat and a management seat at once. You write and edit every week, and you decide what is good enough to publish.
What you'll do
- Run the executive LinkedIn programme end to end within your first quarter: interviews, drafts, edits, approvals and publishing for the whole executive cohort and the company page.
- Own the weekly content pipeline for every retainer client, from brief to published, with the Director reviewing by exception rather than every piece.
- Brief and quality-check the SEO team and designer every week, with feedback that makes the next batch better.
- Write a short editorial guide for each client (voice, words to use and avoid, examples of good) so quality holds whoever drafts.
- Keep the AI writing workflows and prompt libraries current, so drafts come out closer to finished.
- Move new clients into content within two weeks of their positioning sprint, with an onboarding that is documented and repeatable.
Requirements
Must haves
- At least five years writing and editing B2B content. We will ask for a portfolio with range: long-form articles, landing pages, social posts, newsletters and case studies. The portfolio counts for more than the years.
- You have written LinkedIn content on behalf of founders, executives or investors. We will ask to read the posts and, ideally, speak to someone you wrote for.
- You can take an average draft, human or AI, and make it clear, specific and worth reading, quickly. Expect an editing exercise.
- You have managed at least one person directly, or several suppliers such as freelancers, an SEO agency or designers, and your feedback changed the work.
- You use AI writing tools daily and can show where they help and where they produce filler.
- Working knowledge of SEO (search intent, briefs, on-page structure), enough to judge an SEO team's work.
- Native or near-native written English, based in a European time zone.
- You have grown a content number in an in-house B2B role: traffic, rankings, audience or pipeline. We will ask what it was when you started and what it was when you left.
Nice to have
- Agency experience is highly valued, alongside the in-house track record above.
- Background in content for SaaS, private equity, venture capital or professional services.
- Familiarity with private equity and venture language: value creation, operating partners, portfolio companies, post-acquisition plans.
- Danish as a second language (Swedish or German also useful) to review translated content.
- Experience optimising content for AI search (being cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
- A good eye for design and layout, enough to brief and judge graphics.
- Journalism or editorial background.
- Comfortable with project tools such as Wrike and Google Workspace.
This is for you if you want to set the editorial standard for a modern agency yourself, and you are as comfortable managing other people's work as writing your own.
Benefits

- Fully remote within European time zones, with an optional quarterly team meetup in Europe.
- Very different B2B companies in the same week, writing for investors and operators who read a lot.
- The backing of Bifrost Studios: sister companies covering outbound, brand and recruitment, and a network of eight other venture studios bringing in companies.
