Relay is a calling studio inside Bifrost, a company that builds and backs ambitious early-stage businesses. We book the meetings that help those companies grow, and you'd be one of the voices that makes it happen.

We give you everything you need: a ready-made call list, full training, the words to say with live coaching as you go, and a genuine community around you. You just need to be charismatic, warm, and a real human being that people enjoy talking to.

It's built for people who want flexible work that fits around real life, but who also want a target to chase, a reason to show up, and the buzz of hitting a goal. If you're a student, a parent at home, between things, or just someone with a great phone manner and a bit of fire, this is for you.

• Log in and work through a call list we've already built and lined up for you, in your language and market.
• Talk to people. Open the conversation, be likeable, and follow the prompts on your screen.
• Book qualified meetings, then move to the next call. The software logs it and does the follow-up chasing for you.
• Bring your energy and personality to every call, and use the live coaching to get sharper as you go.

• Warm, charismatic, and confident on the phone. You can call a stranger and leave them glad they picked up.
• A native or fluent speaker of at least one of our markets' languages: English, Danish, or another European language (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, and more as we expand). The more you speak, the more we can put in front of you.
• Resilient and a bit competitive. You don't mind a no, you just want the next yes.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and set up to work remotely with a quiet space, decent internet, and a headset.

• Uncapped earnings: between 23% and 30% of the price of every qualified meeting you book that goes ahead, paid on the meetings that actually happen. At our current prices that's roughly €64 to €96 a meeting (about £55 to £83), with the higher rates on Nordic and other premium European markets. Book more, earn more, there's no ceiling.
• Flexibility that's actually flexible. Work from home, pick your own hours around your studies, your kids, or your life. Busy week? Do less. Want to earn more? Do more.
• Something that's yours. A goal to hit, progress you can see, and the satisfaction of a target met, the part of the week a lot of our callers look forward to.
