We’re looking for a commercially minded Co-Founder to join a fast-growing advisory + SaaS business with strong product pull, a proven value proposition, and 80%+ customer retention. We are on track to reach 2M DKK revenue in 2025.
This is a builder role. You’ll partner closely with an experienced product-focused founder to define, document, and scale the commercial engine.
This is not a specialist role. We’re looking for a founder mindset: someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds systems from scratch, and thinks like an owner.
Tasks
- Build a predictable pipeline and close deals beyond your personal network
- Develop and scale a repeatable GTM playbook across messaging, process, and channels
- Create a compelling, quantifiable value proposition for C-level buyers
- Accelerate automation of outreach and pipeline conversion
- Win large-ticket deals in new strategic segments (PE/VC, enterprise)
- Act as a true co-founder not an employee
Requirements
- You have founded a company before (non-negotiable)
- You’ve led commercial strategy in early-stage B2B environments
- You’ve sold high-ticket solutions and know how to turn consulting into recurring revenue
- You’re confident in sales, but also structured and data-minded
- You want to co-own something meaningful not just lead a function
