## Tasks

**What you should expect:**

- 12-month training period as Trainee in Analytics, under supervision of our Lead Digital Analyst with a fixed position as a Junior Digital Analyst after this period

**During your training period:**

We\`re teaching you the basics of Analytics:

- Introduction to the world of data and analytics through regular training
- Creation of simple reports and visualisations under guidance
- You understand our business and help steering it
- You will be taught on understanding our business relevant KPIs inside out
- Participate in building out sales and marketing forecast models
- Learn how to create and interpret business relevant reportings
- Enable you to give data based recommendations to our Marketing and Sales Teams

By learning  the relevant techniques:

- Buildup of knowledge of tracking technologies using Google Tag Manager and other tools
- Learn the basics of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and jQuery
- Support Lead Digital Analyst whenever possible
- Collaboratively-defined monthly goals and overall traineeship goals

**After your training period:**

- Build on existing knowledge from traineeship and develop independence in the field of analytics
- Take over ownership for dedicated areas of our analytics business
- Act as delegate for Lead Digital Analyst during holiday and sickness
- Creating reports and other visualisations of data in order to answer business cases
- Supporting all bexio team members in using data to achieve their business goals
- Finding new ways to use data to support our company’s growth and performance

What we expect from you:

- Higher education degree in the field of statistics, technical business or similar
- At least 6 months work experience in the field of data and/or analytics
- Very good technical flair and understanding of web technologies
- Familiarity with browser tools such as Developer Console or other testing tools such as Fiddler
- First touchpoints with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Heap are a plus
- Good Google Docs/MS Office experience (especially Sheets/Excel)
- Fluent in German and/or English
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Independent thinker and efficient worker
