DICH - um die Erfolgsrezepte der unternehmerischen Wertschöpfung in unseren Portfolio-Unternehmen weiter umzusetzen. Du bist Marketing-Profi mit relevanter Erfahrung. Wir suchen analytisch starke und praxisorientierte Experten die Impact im Multi-Channel B2Bsowie B2C Marketing erzeugen möchten.

## Tasks

- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines interdisziplinären B2B Marketing-Teams (PR, Events, Content Marketing, Online Marketing, E-Mail Marketing, CRM und Lead Management)
- Entwicklung und Steuerung von integrierten Marketingstrategien (online und offline) mit dem Hauptziel Lead-Generierung
- Marketingbudgetplanung und -verantwortung
- Marketing KPIs monitoren, analysieren und danach zu steuern
- Kontinuierliche Entwicklung sowie Analyse und Optimierung von Marketing-Kampagnen auf Basis des „Test-Measure-Scale/Stop“ Ansatzes
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern, Agenturen sowie internen Stakeholdern

## Requirements

- Hochschulstudium vorzugsweise im Bereich BWL, Marketing, Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing und in der Teamleitung
- Hohe Affinität für Digitales Marketing / Online Marketing
- Erfahrung im B2B Marketing und Lead Management
- Strategisches und kreatives Denken gepaart mit konzeptionellem Verständnis
- Freude an der Arbeit mit einem interdisziplinären Team
- Fließende Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
