Tasks
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Benetics into mid market accounts and within an assigned geographical or vertical market.
- You will handle the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business, while expanding existing accounts.
- Identify, target, and engage with construction contractors (e.g., electricians, carpenters, HVAC, painters, etc.) who can benefit from our software solution.
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction of our customers.
Requirements
- [required] Your A-Game: Strong pipeline generation skills, comfortable cold calling and drafting compelling outbound messaging in a fast-paced environment (deal cycles ~1 month)
- [required] Native German language skills.
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the construction space, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- A customer-first mentality—building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted customer advisor.
