For our international projects in the United Kingdom, we are urgently seeking an
Tasks
- Support in the maintenance and further development of the management systems (IMS) for ISO certifications in the UK and adaptation to the requirements of certification platforms, auditors and internal specifications.
- Working with the external accountant to allocate cost centres, check incoming invoices and approve documents for further processing.
- Support with payroll, management of overtime accounts, travel expense reports and organisation of accommodation, vehicles and insurance.
- Organisation of procurements for the head office in London and selective support with the invoicing of consultancy contracts and services provided.
Requirements
- Sound administrative experience, preferably in the areas of management systems, accounting or HR administration, ideally with a focus on construction.
- Intercultural competence and a good command of written and spoken English to work successfully on an international level.
- A sense of responsibility, commitment and an independent way of working characterise you.
- Willingness to travel and enjoy international projects round off your profile.
