As a passionate UX/UI Designer, you'll have the opportunity to make our products visually stunning and incredibly user-friendly. Join a team where experimentation is encouraged, and your design style can shine in new projects while instantly impacting those already in production.

## Tasks

*   Craft thoughtful, beautiful, and user-friendly interfaces and experiences within a collaborative team environment.
*   Dive deep into user research – surveys, focus groups – you name it.
*   Transform research gems into design wonders that truly enhance user experience.
*   Blend market analysis, user feedback, and site metrics for user-centered designs.
*   Sketch wireframes, craft visual mockups, and maintain spick-and-span UI specs.
*   Be the design advocate, making your vision understood by all.

## Requirements

*   Visual design expertise showcased in mock-ups and style guides.
*   Experience with design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools.
*   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*   Proficiency in driving design requirements independently and articulating design decisions effectively.
*   A portfolio demonstrating a high level of craft in visual and interaction design.
*   Experience with UI Kit maintenance.
*   Familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira, and Survey Tools (such as Survicate).
*   Fluency in English (written and verbal).
*   3+ years of experience in UI/UX design (financial or multi-page highly loaded projects would be a super-match!)
