The BeInCrypto Institutional 100 Awards 2026

At BeInCrypto we produce trusted information that educates, engages, and inspires. It may sound complicated, but all in all, we are developing products that allow everyone to participate in an open economy and find their way in the Web3 space.
Like our products and solutions – our teams are agile, dynamic, and innovative. We work hard, and we have a lot of fun – while keeping up the quality and accuracy for which we’re known. It’s what keeps us inventing and reinventing, all the time. Our culture is wide open, just like our spaces.
We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Product Marketing Manager with experience in B2B talent management solutions and a good handle on web 3, crypto, and blockchain talent marketing. You'll be setting up and controlling the Product Marketing function, creating effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies and driving collaboration. It's essential you shine in B2B tech campaigns, have a great grip on the product marketing mix, plus professional community building skills for demand generation. You'll be bringing in that revenue growth, making connections with clients, working alongside sales teams - all while creating assets based on industry trends and customer needs.

Tasks

Research the market: become an expert on our customers, personas, and buying motivations to shape our product offerings.

Build community: establish and nurture a solid community of Headhunters, HR professionals, Talent Management experts, and culture pros.

Know the products and how they are used: get to know our products inside and out so you can develop tailored use cases for different personas and industries.

Customer journey analysis: dig into customer journeys to measure success/failure of campaigns then create effective ones.

Understand our competitors' current offerings & plans.

Position our products: combine strategic insights with market evidence for resonating messaging with buyers. Improve sales channels & materials.

Develop the marketing plan: collaborate with the marketing team to devise comprehensive plans for supported products

Launch products and release updates: plan & execute launches/releases of new products/features/partnerships + coordinate cross-functional implementation.

Growth hack: devise ways to drive candidate flow & build a robust database/talent pool.

Support the sales team: arming them with info about what we offer, how our products work, and what the clients may need.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

At least five years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on HR or Talent Management Services/SaaS.

Native or bilingual English proficiency.

Experience working with Web3, crypto, and blockchain technologies is advantageous.

Proven experience in building professional communities and networks that drive revenue growth.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced remote-first environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits

A true startup experience – flat hierarchy, no bureaucracy, and the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a growing business.

A culture of autonomy and accountability.

A people-focused organization dedicated to making sure you’re maxing out on learning, growth, and impact, and getting recognized for the great work you do along the way.

Constant growth opportunities.

The chance to join a stellar team of talents and learn from them.

We have team members in 60 countries all over the world! Wherever you go, you can meet someone from the BeInCrypto family.

Fully remote working mode. Part-time, full-time, and contribution work available.

About your BeInCrypto team:

We have a big goal: to help companies and talents match their HR and talent needs in Web3 by the end of 2023.

To do this, we are building our HR expert brand and creating products for all market participants, both candidates and companies represented by HR.

We trust your expertise and provide the necessary marketing and media resources to promote our HR product.

You will work hand-in-hand with our awesome HR pros and a project manager to help get the marketing strategy rolling.

If you're up for it, you have the opportunity to grow quickly in product marketing management.
