About the role
We’re searching for a B2B Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth by optimizing outbound email campaigns, commercial packaging, and newsletter performance. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build scalable marketing systems, directly impact pipeline generation, and shape how we monetize one of the leading crypto media platforms globally.
Tasks
- Design, build, and continuously optimize multi-touch outbound email sequences across different buyer personas (crypto-native, institutional, event-driven), using A/B testing and performance insights;
- Create and package high-converting sales materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, pricing sheets, and objection-handling frameworks;
- Own BeInCrypto’s newsletter portfolio end-to-end—from strategy and segmentation to production, sponsored placements, and performance optimization;
- Analyze performance across newsletters, outbound campaigns, and partner activities; identify trends and drive continuous improvements based on data;
- Own Sales CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility by running regular audits, identifying stalled or at-risk deals, and ensuring clear processes, data quality, and lead routing.
Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience in marketing roles in crypto or traditional finance and fintech-connected companies; Experience working in financial digital media is a plus;
- Are fluent in English;
- Have hands-on experience building and launching email campaigns, with a strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization;
- Can write clear, persuasive B2B copy across email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, sales materials, and newsletters;
- Have experience with email automation tools (e.g., Customer.io, Instantly);
- Have a solid understanding of crypto/blockchain (and ideally some exposure to TradFi concepts);
- Have an education in marketing field is a plus;
- Take full ownership of your work, proactively identify gaps, solve problems, document processes, and continuously improve outcomes;
- Are highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Focus on solutions and results rather than just identifying problems;
