We’re searching for an Affiliate Manager to drive affiliate revenue growth through strategic partnerships and high-impact monetization initiatives. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to secure industry-leading deals, unlock new revenue streams across global markets, and turn traffic into scalable business results.
Tasks
- Drive affiliate revenue by securing high-value CPA, RevShare, and hybrid partnerships with exchanges, brokers, and crypto platforms, negotiating exclusive above-market terms, and developing geo-specific monetization strategies across 26 markets to maximize revenue per region.
- Based on the developed monetization strategy, produce high-quality evergreen, affiliate content (product reviews, comparisons, how-to guides, tutorials, listicles, case studies) aligned with editorial standards
- Audit, optimize, and improve affiliate placements, funnels, and conversion paths to boost CTR and performance
- Analyze EPC (earn-per-click), conversion rates, and traffic performance to continuously improve monetization
- Collaborate closely with editorial and partnerships teams to ensure a cohesive cross-functional content strategy
- Manage AdButler infrastructure, including placements, naming conventions, campaign setup, and creation of HTML/animated banners, while running A/B tests to optimize formats and targeting.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in affiliate deal negotiations, content production, and optimization
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Strong expertise in SEO and proven organic traffic growth
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS
- Experienced with AI tools (e.g., Claude, other LLMs) in content workflows
- Solid knowledge of crypto, forex, and traditional finance
- Established network with affiliate managers at top exchanges, brokers, or crypto platforms
- Proven experience negotiating CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals with strong market awareness
- Familiar with affiliate platforms (Impact, Tune/HasOffers, Awin) and attribution models
- Data-driven mindset: able to track EPC, conversion rates, and optimize performance
- Experience with ad servers (e.g., AdButler or similar)

- Finding companies that do referral programs
- Negotiate rates, create an account on their platform, and get a referral link
- Generate affiliate articles and place the link
- Monitor performance and adapt link placements strategy (how to lead more traffic to it)
- Potential affiliate partners: Crypto Exchanges (CEX), Trading tools & Bots, Hardware wallets, Defi/lending protocols, Tax/compliance Software, Forex/CFD brokers
