Senior Market Intelligence Reporter (Research & Writing Focus)

We are looking for a senior-level writer and reporter, not a traditional data analyst.

This role is focused on producing high-quality, insight-driven research content — combining expert commentary, market understanding, and structured analysis into compelling narratives.

This is not a BI / dashboarding / data analyst role.

You will not be building dashboards or working in tools like Tableau or SQL.

Instead, you will:

• interpret market developments
• synthesize expert opinions
• and turn them into institutional-grade written reports

Produce institutional-grade research reports (market reports, industry surveys, competitive visibility reports) designed for sales enablement and lead generation

Write and publish a monthly expert insights report, combining interviews, expert commentary, and market context

Build and maintain a network and database of expert sources for quotes, commentary, and analysis

Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Sales to develop research-driven content products that generate leads and sponsorship revenue

Translate complex market developments into clear, structured, and compelling narratives

Perform additional tasks and projects as agreed

• 7+ years of experience in financial journalism, research writing, or intelligence/reporting roles
• Background at a Tier-1 financial media outlet (Bloomberg, Reuters, Financial Times, WSJ) or a leading research firm (e.g., Messari, The Block Research, S&P, Moody’s)
• Strong track record of producing long-form research reports, investigative pieces, or institutional-grade analysis
• Proven ability to work with experts, analysts, and contributors and turn their input into high-quality written output
• Excellent editorial judgment and ability to translate complex insights into clear, high-impact content
• Experience engaging with senior industry stakeholders (executives, investors, compliance professionals)
• Existing network within institutional finance or crypto industry
