Edit short-form and long-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Assist in the planning, curation, and execution of social media campaigns for artist releases
Research trending sounds, formats, and styles on social media
Organize and manage raw video files and maintain a structured content library
Set up and manage social media accounts, including account warming and community management
Support in curating in-house social media channels (e.g., carousel and meme pages on TikTok) to promote music
Register new TikTok accounts and curate video libraries for projects (downloading videos, assets, and images for campaigns)
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Creative mindset with the ability to pitch and execute fresh content ideas
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for music, social media, and digital trends
