Beat Group Srl, through its brand OmegaX Solutions, helps companies grow internationally through B2B outreach and lead generation - especially in the export and distribution space. We're expanding our sales team with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will generate new leads and also have the opportunity to sell on behalf of our clients, unlocking performance-based commissions.
๐ผ What You'll Do
Youโll be part of a results-driven sales team focused on two parallel tracks:
Your day-to-day may include:
๐ Sourcing and qualifying leads for both internal and client-facing campaigns
๐ Reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and CRM-driven workflows
๐ค Booking discovery meetings for OmegaX Solutions or directly managing client sales calls
๐ Managing your pipeline in Hubspot CRM
๐ Suggesting improvements to messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
๐ฌ Reporting results and maintaining clear communication with the team
โ What Weโre Looking For
Proven ability in sales, lead generation, or business development
Excellent spoken and written English (C1+) โ German is a strong plus
Clear communication, persistence, and commercial intuition
Organized and accountable in managing multiple pipelines
Comfortable working in a remote, entrepreneurial environment
Bonus: experience selling to importers, distributors, or other B2B buyers

Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Apollo
Experience with cold outreach tools and sales cadences
Understanding of international B2B sales cycles and decision-makers
Background in export, distribution, or agency sales
