• Work in a project team under the supervision of senior members, to help clients improve and transform their organizations and operations​
• Collaborate with colleagues from our global network to provide the best industry solutions to the customers​
• Support customers in the digitalization and optimization of their business processes​
• Make a critical contribution in facilitating transformations for our clients from small to large scale endeavors across multiple functional areas​
• Cover the full project lifecycle, from analysis, design, on to implementation of new business models & supporting solutions​
• As a commonly cross-functional role you will be coordinating between project stakeholders to balance objectives whilst generating excellent and sustainable results​
• Collaborate with colleagues from our global network to determine the most suitable target operating model, IT-architecture, organizational structure, process optimization and roadmaps for our clients, thereby, continuously developing your own knowledge as well as that of the firm​

• Successful completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business economics or similar paired with a strong track record of additional learning and development activities (certifications, training courses etc.)
• Strong capabilities in bridging the business needs with technological architecture leading to optimal business solutions​ paired with knowledge of developing a business architecture strategy based on business scenarios, capabilities, and objectives​
• Strong capabilities in building a clear integrated model across levels of a business from strategic, organizational, technological, down to the process & operational level​
• Strong communication capabilities particularly in describing client business functions, their necessary transformation, and distinguishing related business domains and capabilities​
• Business process knowledge (BPMN 2.0 & Lean Six Sigma, or other equivalent) as well as industry specific/cross-industries and process design skills​
• Familiar with agile project management methods and change management in large scale digital transformation projects​
• ERP experience (supporting design, implementation & rollout of systems) and integration knowledge desirable​
• Experience with S/4HANA strongly preferred (greenfield/brownfield approach), knowledge of simplification in the required module​
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently, and with stakeholder groups across organizations​
• Fluency in English and German (B2); any further language is a plus ​
• Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland or abroad; international experience is highly appreciated​
